Registration for this year's Formula Student has closed. All confirmd teams are listed on the Registered Teams webpage.
Team Leaders who entered their team/class as the primary team/class on their registration form should use the login details that they used to complete the registration process for uploading documents to the FS Submission Site.
Additional Team Leaders have been emailed their login details.
FS2010 Registration Procedures
Cancellation Policy:
Please note that we have a no refunds policy, so if you withdraw we cannot refund any of your paid fee.
Additional Team Members:
Additional team members need to pay £25.00 +VAT per person (£29.38 in total) by 21 May 2010. Please submit payments separately to your Registration Fee. Please find more details on the Additional Team Members Form.
IMechE Awards:
IMechE is offering £15,000 in FS Awards to compete in FS2010 and other FSAE events.
Membership Requirements:
IMechE Affiliate Membership is free for all students.
Please see the Eligibility Requirements of the FS Supplementary Rules. Faculty Advisors do not need to become a member. For queries regarding Membership, please email membership@imeche.org
How to Apply for a Visa:
If you need a Visa to come to the UK competition, please send a list of all of your team members and Faculty Advisor’s names with your university details as soon as possible to Fiona Edgeler at f_edgeler@imeche.org so that an official letter can be sent to you, inviting your team to the competition. You will need to apply for a visa as early as possible due to the high number of visa applications received by the British Embassies in each country. We recommend applying for a visa by April 2010 in order to attend the competition in July 2010.

Please ensure that you double check your entry details and the spelling of your team's name on the Registered Teams webpage as this will appear in English on all future literature.
Please make a note of the deadlines on the Key Dates webpage. The FS website will contain more detailed information nearer to the event so please remember to check it regularly.
