2010 Deadline Dates
Documents can be found on the Important Documents page.
Team Leaders are required to upload the following documents online by 17.00hrs Co-ordinated Universal Time (UTC) for each submission deadline. Please allow plenty of time to upload your documents before the deadline as large files will take longer to upload, especially if all teams upload their documents at the same time. Your submission time will be recorded at the time that your submission was received.

1 March 2010 – Class 1 Safety Structure Equivalency Forms
The SEF report must be named as follows: Team XXX University Name SEF Rev N.pdf
(XXX = car number and N = the revision number or number of the additional information that is submitted.
All teams must submit an SEF, even if teams do not deviate from the rules.
The SEF report must include the title page which conforms to the FSAE rules Appendix 1A (see the Important Documents page), otherwise there is no specified format or page limit for the SEF reports. We would suggest a maximum of 10 pages for the SEF - Arial font, size 10, 1.5 lines. These are guidelines only.

6 April 2010 - Class 1 & Class 1A Impact Attenuator Calculations
There is no specified format or page limit for the Impact Attenuator Report but we suggest a maximum of 5 pages Arial font, size 10, 1.5 lines. These are guidelines only.

30 April 2010 - Team/Car Profiles, Photos and CAD Drawings
All Team/Car Profiles will be included in the Event Programme. Therefore, if you do not submit your Team/Car Profile on time, your team will not be featured in any event publicity material.
Each Class 1 and Class 1A team needs to submit a high resolution .jpg photo or computerised image of their car to be used as the main photo with your Team/Car Profile in the Event Programme.
Class 2 teams just need to submit 1 image. This can be your a photo of your chassis, a computerised image of your chassis or car, a photo of your team or your team logo image.
All teams need to submit 3 CAD Drawings (showing your car from the front, top and side) on a white background.

21 May 2010 – Class 1 and Class 2 Cost Reports
The FSAE Cost Application is experiencing problems and will not be working until 2011. Therefore, teams must use the Excel templates and post a cost report to the Head Cost Judge.
Cost Reports must be stamped for postage on or before the deadline date at the latest. We will allow time for cost reports to arrive if they have been stamped for postage on or before the deadline date.
