Teams are now required to upload the following submission documents to our new FTP Server by 17.00hrs GMT for each submission deadline:

Impact Attenuator Calculations
Class 1(A) SSEFs/Risk Assessments
Design Reports
Spec Sheets
Team/Car Profiles
Final Team Member Details
Each team has a secure area on the server, which FS staff and Judges can access too. Teams are given a User Name and Password, and files cannot be edited or deleted once submitted. The server will record the time of your submission, so it is important to still meet the deadlines. Cost Reports still need to be posted to Mr Alan Caddy, Head Cost Judge.
To access your folders and upload your documents onto the FTP Server, go to ftp://ftp.imeche.org.uk and follow the instructions below:
A box will appear asking for your User Name and Password.
Click 'Page' when you are in the site and then click 'Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer'. This will open your private area of the server as well as another box asking for your User Name and Password again.
Drag documents that you want to submit (named as specified in the rules) into the server box. There is no need to save, just close the box after you have uploaded your submission.

31 March 2008 – Safety Structure Equivalency Forms & Impact Attenuator Calculations
The SEF report must include a title page which conforms to the FSAE rules Appendix 1A, otherwise there is no specified format, page limit or title for either the Impact Attenuator or the SEF reports. We would suggest a maximum of 5 pages for the Impact Attenuator and 10 pages for the SEF - Arial font, size 10, 1.5 lines. These are guidelines only.

2 May 2008 – Deadline for Class changes
Please note that refunds with not be given if you withdraw or change class after 28 March 2008.
