"When I started out my Formula 1 career some time ago at Frank Williams, I had nothing like 'Formula Student' to experience - and there were just 11 people in the company! Things are a little different now. Formula Student is a fantastic career opportunity and just looking at Honda F1 we now have 25 people working with us that have had the FS experience. The competition equips people with a whole range of skills they can carry with them through life. I, for one and as its Patron, have been really inspired by the commitment and enthusiasm of these young people. They are the future."
