The successful Learn to Win event sold out yet again with 21 teams at the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE), London, on 31 October 2008. There were beneficial presentations and workshops with 27 specialist engineers and Head FS judges all giving valuable advice. Chief Judge, Jon Hilton, Flybrid Systems, believes that "one of the key challenges in motorsport is ensuring that a team's resources are correctly directed towards the projects that will make the maximum contribution to success. At the Learn to Win event, teams have an opportunity to inform these key decisions and make the best use of limited student time and budget."
